Curv

New for 2026!
Partnership with Curv.ai

This year, we have partnered with Curv AI, Varsity Brand’s latest partnership in the cheerleading industry.

Curv AI is an app introducing an AI-powered pre-screen to objectively analyze your cheerleading skills and athleticism. The new Pro Cheerleading League has already started using Curv AI in their practices and preparations for their matches. This gives college recruiters standardized, data-driven insights into your performance. It replaces subjective evaluations with precise, credible metrics to help you stand out.

You own your data and control how it’s shared, with the option to make it visible to recruiters. You may also receive direct outreach from college coaches in the app based on your results.

This free opportunity also includes a $50 discount code (CURV60) for one month of full app access, so you can train with personalized feedback, track progress, and keep improving your cheerleading skills before the PA Combine.

Download the app and use your code to get started.

How it works:

1. Download the Curv app and use CURV60 as a promo code to enjoy a full month of the premium capabilities; Use the link below to get started:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/curv-ai-cheer-training/id6478341999

2. Enter the PA College Combine
Find the event in the app and join (it's on the dashboard / homepage inside the app)!

==> 3. Record & submit your videos and highlights. <==
Follow the prompts to complete and upload your videos such as toe touches, tumbling, etc.

Why participate

  • Show off your skills to college recruiters.

  • Top athletes get featured on Curv’s social

  • Unlock personalized and objective feedback on your cheer technique

Once submitted, your performance data will be shared with attending college recruiters. Coaches may reach out directly to athletes of interest!

Athlete FAQs

I am not able to come with a stunt group; will I still be able to participate in the stunt showcase?

We will make every effort to help join you up with others in a similar situation or that can work an extra stunt partner into their group. Try to join with another group when you are there, but if you have any issues, find Coach T (she'll be the one doing all the talking throughout the day).

What should I wear to the combine?

As part of your registration, you will receive a T-Shirt color coded to your current grade that you registered with.  We do hand out sticky bibs with your name and assigned number on it. If you prefer to wear a sports bra or cropped tank top, please wear the color corresponding with your grade (grade colors will be updated here soon), if possible; you may need to place your bib on your shorts or spandex.

Reminder: No jewelry!

What should I do to prepare for the combine?

Aside from working on your skills, you should prepare by:

1) Creating a cheer recruiting Instagram if you don’t have one already. Make sure your bio clearly states your first and last name, your stunting position(s), and what year you will graduate. Since STUNT and Acro coaches can only speak to athletes in 11th or 12th grades, this is important for them to see. Be sure that your recruiting instagram clearly contains videos of your stunting, tumbling, and jumps.

2) Second, be sure to review the list of college programs attending the combine. Review each programs information and social media. Create a list of coaches you would like to speak to while at the combine. Make a goal for yourself to speak to 10+ college coaches! You may learn about a program you would have never considered before!

Will lunch be available?

We will have a concession stand with food and snacks. Last year, we had typical concession food snacks, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, soft pretzels, etc

Can my parents stay to watch?

Absolutely! They are welcome to observe the showcase from the stands in The Dome.  We will direct them upstairs to the upper-level, where they will have a great birds-eye view of all that is going on.

Do my parents need to pay to enter?

Nope! We welcome all friends and family to check-out what a Combine is all about.

Am I going to get to stunt with college athletes?

Some colleges/universities will bring representatives from their team to observe and help with some stunting techniques; however, this event is more about showing them what you can do vs. a clinic, which is more focused on developing your skills with more experienced cheerleaders.

Will I be contacted by coaches with an offer to join their team as a result of participating in this Combine?

While that would be an incredible outcome, that's not likely. However, what you will get is an opportunity to personally connect with coaches from across the country. When else could you speak with the coach of a multi-year national game day champion one minute, then speak with another coach about their competitive STUNT program 10 minutes later?!

Will the coaches have my contact information?

Absolutely! They will be provided with your name, email, mobile phone, instagram handle, and skills/interests that you indicated in your registration form. We encourage you to reach out to them through their preferred contact information and follow them on their Instagram; they'll follow you back! Many of our athletes last year established direct text access to the coaches they were most interested in maintaining a relationship with. Discuss this with them during the College Showcase visit portion of the Combine.
